With all of this talk about hormonal health, I thought it was the perfect time to dive into what’s really going on with one of my favourite hormones.

Progesterone is a hormone that’s benefits are often underrated, especially in the medical profession.

It’s an essential ingredient for good mental health and supporting stress-coping mechanisms. It’s anti-inflammatory, helps heavy periods, builds muscle, supports deep restful sleep, and supports fertility.

But sadly there are a number of ways we can harm our progesterone levels, and that’s what I’m here to talk about!
